“Refer a Friend” Terms and Conditions
1.Eligibility
•The “Refer a Friend” program is open to all existing customers of RIVERTOWN.
•Referrals must be made to new customers who have not previously visited RIVERTOWN.
2.How the Program Works
•Existing customers (referred to as “Referrers”) can refer their friends or family members (referred to as “Referees”) to RIVERTOWN.
•To qualify for the reward, the Referee must mention the Referrer’s name at the time of their first appointment, complete a qualifying service and present the "Refer a Friend" discount card at point of checkout
3.Referral Rewards
•For the Referrer: Referrers will receive 25% off any full price service for each successful referral.
•For the Referee: Referees will receive 25% off any full price service.
4.Conditions for Receiving Rewards
•Rewards will only be issued once the Referee has completed and paid for their first service.
•Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
•Only one Referrer can be credited per Referee.
5.Program Duration
•The program is ongoing until further notice
6.Limits on Referrals
•Referrers may refer an unlimited number of friends unless otherwise specified.
7.Disqualification
•Referrals made fraudulently, including self-referrals or duplicate accounts, will result in disqualification from the program.
8.Program Changes and Termination
•RIVERTOWN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
•Any changes to the terms will be posted on our website or in-store.
9.Additional Terms
•This program cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless stated otherwise.
•By participating, both Referrers and Referees agree to these Terms and Conditions.
